"It all began with the Riders Edge class offered at Hal's Harley. From the excellent instruction program to the facilities, this experience has been second to none! Upon completion of class, I met with Tom Bradford who is the best salesman I have ever met. Tom didn't rush me into any bike, he listened to my style, concerns, and what I wanted from a motorcycle. Not knowing a ton about bikes, he educated me on the whole line up with the pros and cons of each bike. I was AMAZED at the time he took with me and my girlfriend on educating us on our eventual bike purchases. I have worked with many dealerships and have never had the salesmanship that I received from Tom and the staff at Hal's Harley. From the time we bought the bike to the parts, finance, clothing, and service department we had a great experience!!! I would highly recommend Hal's to anyone who is considering a motorcycle. "Today (Saturday, June 10),I called Service to change a flat tire on my '08 Road King at 1:30 PM. They got me right in and out the door with a new tire, same day with no complications.
This is what I call service! It's why I take my business to Hal's.

"I picked up My Used Dyna From Mike M. 3 yrs.back an to this Day I can still walk in and Mike Knows who I am And the bike that I bought-just goes to show that Mike Takes a true intrest In the person not just the sale. I also have Had the pleasure of dealing with Adam in service,I needed to replace the chain guides and on his recommend as to what I would be doing to the engine in the future I also upgraded the cams with Andrews 37's,Really nice bang for the buck.This year when I jumped up to the big bore kit and again on Adams recommends And Hal's speed shop the results have been above my expectations,the bike runs great and is almost scary fast and pulls like a freight train-I would highly recommend Adam and hal's to you and for all of your bike's needs"

I have made a purchase this week of a new Bike, and was amazed how well you are represented by your employees, to name, Al Currie,Jack Simpson, (Bull) llya Levkov, and your delivery man Randy last name I am not sure of. These Employees are outstanding and very professional. I am a former Police Chief in the state of Indiana and worked as Chief Investigator for Milwaukee county District attorney Mike McCann for several years. I would of been happy to have had employees who represented me in the manner that I was treated. My hat goes off to your company and you. I will be telling others of my great experience.

"7/25/09-As a new rider fresh out of the Rider's Edge course, and having no previous riding experience except as a passenger, I was a little nervous about purchasing my first bike. Everyone I dealt with at Hal's from clothing, accessories, rental, service, and sales made me feel comfortable and appreciated throughout the process. "5/9/09- Henry and I have found a pleasurable & exciting family at Hal's. I have not experienced a more friendly, welcoming atmosphere than Hal's. The staff was approachable, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I could feel their passion & excitement for motorcycles.
I went to Hal's looking for a pair of boots for a riders class & ended up finding a great deal on a bike and boots.
Tom Bradford was the person who sold me my Buell Blast and never once did he act as a salesman. He didn't pressure me or Henry about anything. His dedication to meeting our needs were incredible. Nothing went un-noticed. Tom was very detailed about everything. He explained & showed the difference between bikes. He answered all of our questions and gave us great advice. He even introduced me to Jennifa Clifford the motorclothes manager. She came out of her office and made me feel totally welcomed. When we left Hal's on Monday I had enough information to make a prudent decision about the bike that I felt was best for me.
Tuesday morning I gave Tom a call about buying the 2003 Buell Blast and the details of what I needed. Wednesday evening I was at Hal's closing the deal with Jack Simpson in their finance department. Another great experience. The following week I was back from vaction. I called Hal's on Wednesday & my bike was delivered on Thursday.
I have nothing but great things to say about Hal's.

"3/17/09- Last september I was run off the road by a girl on cell phone(yes, it actually does happen!!) Long story short, My '05 Softail was brought in and Jim and Dan treated me like I was the only customer they had and believe me, I wasn't. They kept me informed, welcomed me everytime I came in to check on my bike, they made suggestions, which I happily followed. Well, I picked her up on the 9th of march and today, St Patricks day was the first time I got on and really rode. I got tons of compliments on the work they did and the paint they suggested.
Along with Colin in the parts department, Hal's has asurred that this is the ONLY dealership to work with!
